Service Description
A 30 minute training session which includes targeted exercises for strength, cardio, and flexibility, with proper form guidance. Sessions may also offer nutritional advice, progress tracking, and motivation to help you reach your fitness goals effectively and safely. For these shorter sessions, you will be given the option to arrive 30 minutes early for cardio/warm-up on your own. The trainer will not be here to guide you at this time but it provides you with an opportunity to get a longer workout.
Cancellation Policy
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled time or you will be charged for 100% of your session.
