Service Description
Every Sunday at 11AM Sunday Funday is a challenging yet fun way to burn a lot of calories in a short period of time. This Tabata style conditioning class has a 2:1 ratio where clients are working for 45 seconds and resting for 25 seconds. It consists of a full body workout: 3 rounds of lower body, 3 rounds of upper body, and a core finisher. It is a great way to meet like minded people and get a great workout for a low price! Foundational movements must be mastered before joining (squats, deadlifts, RDLs, etc.) Sunday Funday is considered an intermediate/advanced class but modifications can be provided if necessary.
